Due to the fact that Jews have moved to almost every corner of the world, the founder of the site realized that the only way to connect them is by using the modern communication tools such as Internet. He further learnt that the paid matrimonial sites are charging too much money and are not offering enough value to their subscribers. After interviewing several Jewish singles he learnt that those who were using matrimonial sites were hesitant to buy subscriptions because they were frustrated with restrictions posted by the Jewish Matrimonial sites and they were not sure of the outcome. By looking at their frustrations he decided to give something back to his community by offering a free dating and matrimonial site. He has taken an oath that he will never charge a subscription fee.
